Daily Vitamin D3 & Calcium Requirements
All Adults Require 2000-3000IU of Vitamin D3,
1200mg of Calcium(preferably from diet, if not from supplementation)
0-1 years old 400-500IU
1-3 years old 500-1500IU, 700mg of Calcium
4-8 years old 500-2000IU, 1000mg of Calcium
9-18 years old 1000-3000IU, 1200mg of Calcium

Physical Activity
Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity.

High Blood Pressure Screening
Adults 18-39 years old without risk factors should check their blood pressure at least every 3 years.
40 years and older check at least once a year

18-64 Every 2 years, annually if at risk
65 and older annually

Men and Women older than 65 years
Postmenopausal women and men 50-64 with risk factors for fracture (More Info)

Tetanus Booster (for Adults) – Every 10 years

9-45 years old
HPV Vaccine (Gardisol 9) – prevents cervical/vaginal cancer, genital warts and certain head and neck cancers.

25-69 Years old
PAP Smear (Female) every 3 years for average risk patients

40 years old
Screening Mammogram(females) once a year or every 2 year - if there is a family history(first degree relative) of breast cancer before the age of 50 then screening starts sooner and it’s done every year.

50 years old
Colon Cancer Screening - Stool test which checks for blood, screening with colonoscopy is optional. If there is a family history(first degree relative) of colon cancer before the age of 50 then screening starts sooner.
Prostate Cancer Screening(males)– Blood test (PSA level). If there is family history(first degree relative) of prostate cancer before the age of 50 then screening starts sooner.
Shingles Vaccine – Highly recommended as Shingles can be very painful. Shingrix Vaccine 2 shots 2-6 months apart. If not covered by your extended insurance then it’s $180-$190 per shot.
*Prevnar 20 Vaccine – For Immunocompromised patients or at high risk for pneumonia(eg. Diabetics, COPD, Asthma patients...)

55-74 Years old
Lung Cancer Screening – Who have a smoking history of more than 20 years old. Screening is done using low dose CT Chest.

Over 65 Years old
Prevnar 20 Vaccine - For pneumonia prevention
Bone Density Exam - Screen for Osteoporosis
Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm – One-time screening for men with an abdominal ultrasound
